Special Rates Eligibility

Our special rates are exclusively available for moves scheduled in June, July, and August within a 50km radius of our depots located in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Wellington, and Christchurch.

No Worry Guarantee (NWG)

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend our No Worry Guarantee, which provides coverage of up to $50,000 for damages incurred during your move. Please review the terms and conditions of our NWG carefully to determine if this cover suits your needs.

Important: If you choose not to purchase this coverage, you will be responsible for privately arranging any compensation or repairs through your own home and contents insurance in the event of damage.

Inventory and Additional Charges

Clients with an inventory exceeding 40 cubic meters (40m³) may incur additional charges. Such charges will be discussed with you by our Sales Representative following a site visit to ensure an accurate inventory assessment.

You must declare any items not listed on the initial inventory (e.g., pot plants, new whiteware, additional furniture) before your move begins. This allows us to calculate any extra charges accurately in advance. If undeclared items are discovered on the day of your move, our team will inform you of the additional cost, which will then be added to your final invoice. Providing an accurate inventory during our consultation helps avoid unexpected charges and ensures your move is planned smoothly.

Confirmation and Deposit

After your consultation, a detailed quote will be emailed to you for review. To confirm your booking and secure your moving date, a deposit of 50% of the quoted amount is required.
